What is Kartkio’s Return Policy?

Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • Products which you may not like for quality, color or design related issues
  • Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition
  • Products not as per description/photo on the website

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by the sellers.

Note: Items falling under following categories CANNOT be returne

  • Consumable items like Food and Beverages, Bath and Beauty
  • Custom stitched products
When will I be refunded?

We will initiate refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner. In case of Cash On Delivery Order, we will initiate refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner and we receive the bank details from you for refund.The refund amount will be credited within 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders. All orders get shipped within 2 days from the Seller’s warehouse.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Kartkio items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide a Tracking ID for your order. You can track your order by login into your Craftsvilla account.

We also email you the tracking details after we dispatch your order.

How do I pay for a Kartkio purchase?

Kartkio offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Kartkio's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit/debit cards.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any point after placing an order. You cancel it directly by login into Your Account.

Go to ‘My Accounts’ section. In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders'. Expand order details by clicking on the 'Order Number' link. To cancel, click on the ‘Cancel delivery’ button.

What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Kartkio account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Kartkio

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your order
How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once we receive your order, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the product(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

How can I add money to my Kartkio wallet?

You can Add money to your Kartkio Wallet in a few simple steps-

  • 1. Log into your Kartkio account and click on “Kartkio Wallet” icon towards the top right of the page
  • 2. Enter the amount you want to add and click on “Add Money”
  • 3. You can choose to add money via Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, IMPS or ATM card
  • 4. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide payment details
  • 5. If you have any saved credit or debit card, it will be shown upfront and you only need to enter the CVV number and proceed to the bank page. If you do not have any saved credit or debit card, you can choose to save a card for faster payment next time.
  • 6. Once you enter details on your bank’s page & complete the transaction, you will be redirected to Kartkio with money added in your Kartkio wallet.
Are there any limitations to add money to Kartkio Wallet?

If you are a Non-KYC customer you can add upto Rs.20,000 in a calendar month to your Wallet.

If you are a KYC customer you can add any amount as long as your wallet balance does not exceed Rs.1,00,000 at any point in time.

My money has been debited but it is not reflecting in Wallet, why?

At Kartkio, your money is your’s. If ever an amount is deducted from your bank/card but the payment or transaction is not successful, we will refund the amount to your card/bank the moment we get a confirmation from your bank. Refunds are credited to your bank/card usually in 3 – 4 working days however sometimes your bank can take upto 7 working days. We also share a Reference Number for the refund that can be used to check with your bank on the status of the refund. If the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame, then we request you to please check with your bank. If your bank is unable to share your refund status then please contact us at Customer Care along with your latest bank statement from the date of transaction.

Kartkio Wallet? How does it work?

Kartkio wallet is secure online wallet where you can keep your money and use it for Recharges, Bill Payments and to shoping. Kartkio wallet balance is the amount in Indian rupees that can added via different payment options.

Recharge unsuccessful! Where is my money?

Here are some possible reasons:

1- You have just added money to the wallet and have not processed a recharge transaction.

2- There was a delay from the operator's end

3- Probably, it could be a denomination issue

4- Connectivity issue due to which the recharge was stalled

5- Payment to wallet is not successful and there is no money in wallet

No problem! We are here for you. The money will be refunded to your wallet if the recharge is unsuccessful.

If mistakenly recharged on wrong number! Can I get my money back?

That's sad! Recharge once succesful can not be reversed to Kartkio wallet. We request you to get in touch with your mobile operator for help.

I got a successful message from you. But I still have not received the recharge!

Just wait for couple of hours and call the operator if issue is not resolved. Please provide the Operator ID provided to you via SMS/Email.
